Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Currently, all sales are final and returns are not offered. Please review the description, material and sizing information before submitting an order.
If the product you received is the wrong order, is damaged or defective then we will replace the item with the cost of shipping being on us.
If you received a damaged or defective, please contact us first at theparafairy@gmail.com and we will assist you in the return process.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
Exchanges can be made up to 7 days after delivery. To begin your exchange, please send an email to theparafairy@gmail.com and we will assist you with your exchange.
Be advised that the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost (both ways) of an exchange.
Additionally, items sent in for an exchange that shows signs of wear or damage will not be accepted. Exchange items sent in to The Para Fairy that have been damaged or show signs of wear will not be eligible for an exchange. It is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping cost of the damaged or worn item, if they would like to have the item sent back to their address.
