Delivery

When will I get my order?

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped either the day that the order is placed or the following day. Orders are not shipped on Sunday.  The shipping time of your order will depend on your location and this time normally takes between 3-6 business days.  

The Para Fairy will not be responsible for lost packages, USPS shipping delays or delivery to the wrong address. Please contact USPS for any issues with your delivery and please make sure you review your address before placing your order as we are not responsible for a delivery to the wrong address.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your local post office if they have your package.

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is offered on orders $150 or more.

 

How long does shipping take?

The shipping time depends on you location and it can typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive to you. 

 

Orders

 I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

If you received the incorrect product or your order arrived damaged please contact us within 7 days so that we may resolve this for you immediately. Email us at theparafairy@gmail.com with photos of the wrong or damage product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

How do the shirts fit?

Shirts are fitted and typically run smaller. Please order up a size if you would like your shirt to fit comfortably. 

 

Do you do group orders?

Yes! If you would like a group order of 12 or more, please contact us at theparafairy@gmail.com for more information and a discount when you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

Currently, all sales are final and we do not offer returns. Please review the description and sizing information before submitting an order. 

If the product you received is the wrong order, damaged or defective then we will replace the item with the cost of shipping being on us. 

If you received a damaged or defective, please contact us first at theparafairy@gmail.com and we will aid you in the return process. 

    

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, we do allow exchanges for different sizes, however we asks that you please review our sizing charts before placing an order.

Exchanges can be made up to 7 days after delivery. To begin your exchange, email us first at theparafairy@gmail.com

Be advised that apparel may be exchanged as long and it has not be worn. Any exchange items we receive that have signs of wear will not be honored

In the case that a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund your for the purchase price.
